Ich hatte sie nur mit mittlerer Spannung erwartet, da ich den Eindruck habe, dass wir ganz gut über das Schulgeschehen informiert und reflektiert sind. Dies hat sich auch in weiten Teilen bestätigt. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über die sehr hohe Zufriedenheit aller am Schulleben Beteiligten! Besonders hervorgehoben wurde auch, dass die organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen für alle nachvollziehbar und Sicherheit spendend eingeschätzt wurden. Das klare Profil unserer Schule mit dem bilingualen Zweig und dem gelebten kulturellen Profil wurde sehr positiv bewertet. Der Bereich  Unterrichten, Lernen, Erziehen schnitt auch positiv ab, das heißt, dass Bedingungen für erfolgreiches Lernen in den Klassen geschaffen werden, dass das soziale Miteinander und die Absprachen der Lehrkräfte in Teams funktionieren. Aufholen müssen wir noch in den Bereichen abgesprochener Leistungsbeuteilung über die Klassen- und Jahrgangsgrenzen hinweg sowie in der Entwicklung von schuleigenen Stoffverteilungs- und Methodenplänen. In den Kinderinterviews wurde deutlich, dass die Kinder sich noch mehr Beteiligung wünschen. Auch sollten wir die Kinder verantwortlicher in ihr eigenes Lernen einbeziehen. So sind die letzten beiden Stücke  Von Labskaus zu Lahmacun und  Alsterwunderwelt noch vielen in guter Erinnerung. Besonders die Eltern, deren Kind nun in die dritte Klasse gekommen ist, fragen sich sicherlich, wann die neue Theaterprojektzeit beginnt. In den nächsten zwei Jahren allerdings werden wir diesen Rhythmus unterbrechen, denn wir haben uns um eine  TuSch-Partnerschaft mit dem Deutschen Schauspielhaus beworben und freuen uns sehr, dass unsere Bewerbung ausgewählt wurde. Sicherlich ist vielen von Ihnen das TuSch-Schild im Schaukasten auch schon aufgefallen. TuSch ist ein gemeinsames Projekt der Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung und der Körber- Stiftung mit Unterstützung der Behörde für Kultur, Sport und Medien und steht für  <b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'>T</b>heater <b style='mso-bidi-font-weight: normal'>u</b>nd<b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'> Sch</b>ule . Über den Zeitraum von zwei Jahren sind wir und das Deutsche Schauspielhaus nun so etwas wie  Lebensabschnittsbegleiter . Doch was bedeutet diese Partnerschaft für unsere Schüler und unser Schulleben? Sie bietet die Möglichkeit, dass unsere Schüler und Schülerinnen über den direkten Kontakt und lebendigen Austausch zwischen Theater und Schule alle Facetten der Theaterwelt kennen lernen werden  von Bühnenproben und Aufführungen (viele Kinder haben bereits  Ein Schaf fürs Leben gesehen oder werden bald das neue Stück  Nur ein Tag sehen) über die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit bis zur Theatertischlerei. Aber auch wir selber werden natürlich weiterhin Theaterstücke einstudieren. Dabei bleibt es uns überlassen, ob mehrere Klassen sich für die Durchführung eines Projektes zusammenschließen oder einzelne Klassen ein Klassenprojekt durchführen. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:139.65pt;line-height:150%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>Das Junge Schauspielhaus hat in dieser Saison das Motto  Geschichten, die das Leben schreibt und ich bin sicher, dass wir dazu viele Spielideen entwickeln werden. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:139.65pt;line-height:150%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>Die TuSch-Partnerschaft bedeutet für uns aber auch, dass wir selbstverständlich die Mitarbeiter des Schauspielhauses in ihrem Kampf gegen momentan drohende finanzielle Kürzungen unterstützen. Das Projekt  Jedem Kind ein Instrument (JeKi) ist nun im zweiten Jahr. Die Kinder haben sich in der 2. Klasse zusammen mit Ihnen für ein Instrument entschieden. Nun hat der Unterricht in kleinen Gruppen begonnen. Wir lernen neue Lieder, musizieren und entdecken beim Tanz den Körper, der das Instrument führt. Langsam werden die richtige Haltung und Spieltechniken für Geige, Gitarre oder Trommel vermittelt. Mit Geduld und Spaß am Experimentieren werden die Kinder erfahren, dass sie immer besser mit dem Instrument umgehen und immer schöner Musik machen können. Das Instrument darf nun leihweise mit nach Hause genommen werden  für viele Kinder ein Gefühl, das sie mit Freude und Stolz erfüllt. Sie werden zu  ihrer Geige, Gitarre oder ihren Bongos eine Beziehung aufbauen, das  Stück Holz mit Leben füllen und Verantwortung übernehmen. Ob sie die Instrumente zu Hause nur streicheln oder auch  Üben  also jenes geduldige Wiederholen von Spielen, das für das Musizieren sehr wichtig ist? Es wäre schön, wenn die Kinder auch zu Hause auf offene Ohren und Augen stießen, die sie auf diesem Weg zur Musik begleiten. Wenn man ein Instrument spielen lernt, lernt man so viel mehr: Geduld, Ausdauer und neue Möglichkeiten sich auszudrücken, aber vor allem im Gruppenunterricht die Freude des Miteinanders. Denn wir an der HWS kennen nur Kinder mit unterschiedlichem Bildungshintergrund, fast alle in Hamburg geboren ebenso wie viele ihrer Eltern und sie sprechen mehr oder weniger gutes Deutsch. In unserer Schule sehen wir jedes Kind individuell in seinen Stärken und Schwächen. Wir wollen Kindern mit einem nicht urdeutsch klingenden Namen nicht mit dem Vorurteil begegnen, es könne nicht gut Deutsch sprechen oder altersgemäß denken. Es ist überfällig, dass wir die Menschen, die Yilmaz, Habibi oder Goncalez heißen, wie alle anderen betrachten.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:142.5pt;line-height:150%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>Mein Mann heißt mit Nachnamen  Czikowski . Tag in Ürgüp. Gegen 11 Uhr kamen wir auf dem festlich geschmückten Schulhof an. In einer Ecke auf dem Fußboden saßen ca. 20 ältere anatolische Frauen, die frische Gözleme auf kleinen Elekroplatten aus einem Mehlteig herstellten, die sie später mit gekochten Kartoffeln oder Hackfleisch füllten. An der einen Schulseite waren Tische aufgebaut, wo ältere Schüler und Eltern herrlichen türkischen Kuchen und Getränke anboten. Einige Zeit später wurden wir vom Schulleiter und einigen Lehrern und Schülern herzlich auf türkisch begrüßt. Die Mädchen und Jungen der stellten sich auch auf türkisch vor und einige spielten sofort mit den fremden Kindern. Sie mussten viele Fragen beantworten und wenn die richtigen Worte fehlten, dann half ein Lächeln oder eine Geste mit den Händen. Zur Mittagszeit war es richtig heiß geworden und so wurden wir in den Klassenraum unserer Partnerklasse, auch eine 4. Klasse mit 27 Kindern, gebeten, um dort die frischen Gözleme sowie eingelegte Weinblätter und Coca Cola gemeinsam zu genießen. Der Schulleiter begrüßte uns alle herzlich und wir lernten die Klassenlehrerin der Viertklässler kennen. Wir sangen ein türkisches Lied und überreichten unsere Geschenke: Ein Hamburg Memory, Postkarten, Hamburg Informationsblätter auf Türkisch und eine kleine Hamburg- Flagge.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Umgekehrt bekamen wir von den türkischen Kindern ein schönes T-Shirt mit einem lustigen Kappadokien Motiv geschenkt.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight: normal'><span style='font-family:Arial;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>Draußen auf dem Schulhof hielt der Schulleiter eine kleine Begrüßungsrede und<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>bei<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>lauter Musik zeigten die verschiedenen türkischen Schulklassen in bunten Kostümen ihre Tänze und Spielszenen. Gegen 14 Uhr erklärte Herr Duran den Schülern, Eltern und Lehrern dass wir, die Kinder aus Hamburg, Schülerinnen und Schüler einer bilingualen Klasse an der Heinrich- Wolgast -Schule seien und dass wir zusammen mit unseren Lehrern eine Abschlussklassenreise nach Ürgüp machten und dass wir auch etwas vorführen wollten. Wir sangen ein deutsches Lied und ein türkisches und die Zuschauer klatschten Beifall. Die Hapkido Kinder in unserer Klasse machten zusammen mit Herrn Reglin dann noch eine tolle Hapkido Vorführung. Nach diesem fröhlichen Fest<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>und einem ersten herzlichen Zusammentreffen mit den türkischen Schulkindern hatten wir an diesem Tag auch noch eine Verabredung mit dem Bürgermeister von Ürgüp, Herrn Fahri Yildiz. Auf einem roten Teppich stiegen wir hinauf zum Rathaus, wo wir in seinem<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>Amtszimmer geduldig<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>einige Zeit warteten. Seine Frau begrüßte uns schon etwas eher und dann kam der Bürgermeister<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>endlich zu uns. Alle Kinder der 4b klatschten begeistert Beifall. Früher war er selbst Lehrer gewesen und er kannte Herrn Duran persönlich. Alle Kinder bekamen von ihm ein Autogramm auf das T-Shirt geschrieben oder ins eigene kleine Tagebuch. Unsere Hamburger Gastgeschenke erfreuten ihn sehr und die Kinder bekamen kleine Feenkamine aus Gips geschenkt. Außerdem lud uns der Bürgermeister zum Eisessen ein. In Kayseri sind wir mit dem Flugzeug gelandet. Wir haben schnell unsere Koffer geholt, sind in einen Bus eingestiegen und ins erste Hotel eingezogen. Moritz, Nyima und ich haben uns um das linke, recht und vordere Bett gestritten. Dann hatte ich das rechte, Nyima das linke und Moritz das vordere Bett genommen. Am nächsten Morgen sind wir zu der türkischen Schule gegangen. Wir haben viele Freunde gefunden. Danach haben wir den Bürgermeister von Ürgüp gesehen. Da gab es viele interessante Sachen. Es gab viele Süßigkeiten und ich wollte einen Bonbon. Ich nahm einen, öffnete ihn und kleckerte dabei habe ich Cola auf den Tisch im Bürgermeisterraum. Ein paar Minuten später kam der Bürgermeister. Dazu gehört immer 1 Praktikantin. Sie entwerfen Plakate für einige Stücke und gestalten immer einen Monatsspielplan, wo alle Aufführungen der verschiedenen Bühnen des Schauspielhauses, mit Datum und Uhrzeit aufgeschrieben sind.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>Außerdem gibt es Flyer zu den Theaterstücken mit einer Inhaltsangabe. Auch gibt es eine Internetseite, wo man sich kleine Filme der Theaterstücke ansehen kann, Karten kaufen kann und auch den Spielplan aufrufen kann. Die Freunde des Schauspielhauses spenden Geld und haben ein Abonnement für das Schauspielhaus, so dass sie sich jedes Stück angucken können. Zur Premiere werden Journalisten von verschiedenen Zeitungen eingeladen, die hinterher eine Kritik in ihrer Zeitung schreiben. Manchmal werden auch Interviews mit Schauspielern und Regisseuren gemacht, zu einem neuen Theaterstück.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:150%'><span style='font-family:Arial'>Nachdem Frau Zarzinsky ganz viel erzählt hat, hat sie uns noch in verschiedene Räume geführt. Es gibt Werkstätten, wie die Tischlerei und die Schlosserei. Es wurde gerade das Bühnenbild für die Dreigroschenoper gemacht. Dafür wurde eine riesige Windmaschine gebaut, ein Wüstenboden mit Steinen aus Gummi gefertigt, die aussehen wie echte Steine. Auch haben wir gesehen, wie in der Schlosserei geschweißt wurde. Dafür braucht man eine Schutzbrille. Zum Schluss, wurden wir auf einer riesigen Waage, alle zusammen gewogen. Wir sind mit der S- Bahn gefahren und am Eingang war der Chef der Druckerei und hat uns abgeholt. In den Büroräumen roch es nach Kaffee und eben nach Büro. Sonst roch es überall schlimm nach Druckerei. Druckerei riecht nach Farbe, Kleber und stinkt. In dem ganz großen Raum gibt es viele Maschinen. Eine Maschine hat verschiedene Aufkleber ausgedruckt, wie Smilies, Dollarzeichen und noch andere Zeichen. Wir haben auch noch erklärt bekommen, wie man früher gedruckt hat. Früher hat man mit Bleibuchstaben gedruckt. Jeder durfte seinen Anfangsbuchstaben mit nach Hause nehmen. Alle stehen um Kapitän Kalli herum. Am nächsten Tag taut das Eis, Kapitän Kalli ist frei. Die Arztfische kommen und sagen er ist unterkühlt. Kapitän Kalli muss ins Wesenkrankenhaus. Er kommt nach zwei Wochen wieder raus. Der Kugelfisch versucht, mit seinen Stacheln die Alster aufzubrechen, damit sie wieder ins Licht gucken können. Bei den Menschen ist es Tag. Plötzlich hören sie ein lautes Bumsen. Ein Mensch ging über die Alster, weil sie ja zugefroren war. Alle Fische konnten diese Nacht nicht schlafen. Am Morgen waren alle müde, aber die meisten hatten ja frei. Zum Beispiel die Putzerfische, weil die Menschen ja nichts reinwerfen. Das Müllmonster war sehr traurig, weil in der Alster ja kein Müll mehr schwamm. Professor Fisch macht, wie sonst auch, Experimente. Blauwal Blue sang noch traurigere Lieder als sonst, da die Alster ja so dunkel war. Sam war traurig, weil ihr Niemand glaubte, dass es Unterwasser eine Welt gibt. Jeder hatte was zu meckern und Otto die Schildkröte war krank, wegen des kalten Wassers. Unter dem Eis sind noch Lebewesen. Die Lebewesen sind froh, dass am Boden kein Müll mehr liegt und die Putzerfische keine Arbeit machen müseen. Die Putzerfische sind zu Hause und räumen auf. Frau Fischerifisch, ein Putzerfisch, räumt besonders fröhlich ihre Wohnung auf. Aber ohnehin die Fischheizung ist kaputt.  Was soll ich jetzt nur tun ?, rief Frau Fischerifisch.  Ich habe es, ich rufe den Hausmeister mit meinem Fischfon an , sagte sie. Der Hausmeister kam ruckzuck, wie ein Hai angeschwommen. Frau Fischerifisch hatte schon einen Schal, eine Mütze, einen Mantel und Stiefel an. Der Hausmeister sagte:  Mannomann, lass mich raten, ihre Heizung ist kaputt.  Ja, genau , sagte Frau Fischerifisch. Der Hausmeister reparierte die Heizung und schwamm nach Hause. Ich habe Blauwal Blue Blue, Susi Sushi, das Müllmonster und die anderen Tiere gesehen. Die Fische haben sich in den Meeresboden gegraben. Das Müllmonster hat sich in die Mülltonne verzogen. Schildkröte Susanna ist in ihrem Panzer. Die restlichen Meeresbewohner sind in etwas wärmeren Höhlen. Die Algen und Korallen sind fast erfroren. Nur die Putzerfische freuten sich, weil es kein Müll mehr gibt.
